Each 8½" × 11" sheet has one business check at the top with two voucher stubs below, making it convenient for both payments and record keeping.

High security checks provide additional protection beyond standard business checks. They include multiple security features designed to make checks more difficult to copy, alter, or reproduce.

They are a good choice for businesses that want added protection for important payments and business accounts.

Before ordering, make sure your accounting software supports the Checks on Top voucher layout.

Yes. Although High Security Checks on Top are designed for use with compatible accounting software, they can also be handwritten when needed.

For easier handwriting, you can choose to have writing lines printed on the check when ordering.

Our suggestion: Choose writing lines if you plan to handwrite checks frequently. If you primarily print checks through accounting software, no lines may be better because it gives you more flexibility when aligning the printed information on the check.

The fractional number is a bank identification number that may appear near the top of a check, usually under the bank name or near the check number.

Not all banks use a fractional number. If your current checks do not show one, you can normally leave this field blank when ordering.

You can add a custom phrase above the signature line of your checks. Common examples include:

- VOID AFTER 60 DAYS

- VOID AFTER 90 DAYS

- VOID AFTER 180 DAYS

- TWO SIGNATURES REQUIRED

- Or any other phrase you prefer

You can also leave this area blank if you do not want any wording printed above the signature line.

If your checks are preprinted with the bank routing and account information, you do not need MICR toner because we print the MICR information using MICR security ink.

Your accounting software prints the payee, date, amount, and other transaction information using your regular printer toner.

Yes. If you would like to review your checks before production, you can request a proof in the Comment Section when placing your order.

This allows you to review your business information, bank information, check numbering, logo, and other customization before your checks are printed.

Yes. When it is time to reorder, you can use the information from your previous order to help keep your check layout, bank information, logo, and other customization consistent.

Always verify your starting check number and banking information before submitting a reorder.

Most High Security Check orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday-Thursday, ship the same day when the order is complete and ready for production.

There is no extra charge for same-day production.
