How to Align Checks in Quicken Desktop

1. Open Printer Setup

   In Quicken Desktop, go to File → Printer Setup → For Printing Checks.

2. Select Your Printer and Check Style

   Choose the correct printer and check style: Standard, Voucher, or Wallet.

3. Open Alignment Settings

   Click Align or Adjust Alignment.

4. Adjust the Alignment

   Follow the on-screen instructions to move the printing up, down, left, or right until everything is positioned correctly.

5. Compare Before Printing on Checks

   Print a test on plain paper. Place the test page over a blank check and hold both up to a bright light to make sure everything lines up correctly.

   Tip: Always test on plain paper first to avoid wasting check stock.
